Professional Certificate in Innovation and Strategy Seminar 2022
The Professional Certificate in Innovation and Strategy (PCIS) has been implemented in all IMPACT Postgraduate Studies since 2017 and has since successfully enrolled more than 150 students. PCIS alumni include sitting or former Prime Ministers, Ministers, Members of Parliament and other politicians, high-ranking government officials, captains of industries and entrepreneurs.
In 2020, London was appointed the official host for the PCIS Seminars. Among the cities that have previously held PCIS Seminar or Industrial Visits were Kerkrade, Vaals, Cologne, Munich, Herzegonrath, Leverkusen, Antwerp, Barcelona, Rome and Glasgow.
In 2023, PCIS Seminars can be enrolled separately. Tuition fees, flight, accommodations and other expanses are claimable under Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDCorp) Malaysia.
The latest PCIS Seminar was held at the University of London between 10th to 14th October 2022. Unfortunately only eight students were able to participate in the PCIS Seminar and was joined subsequently by two more students for the PCIS Industrial Visit. This complication was due to the fact that Malaysia’s 15th General Election was happening mere days within the seminar. However, KLIEC is hopeful that the numbers of participants will increase for the upcoming PCIS scheduled for October 2023.
