Course Description

Students are requested to submit Master Projects (1 & 2) as concluding part fulfilment for this Program. The project is focused on a topic being related to and essential for business and/or management. Generally, there is no limitation for the topic even though this Course prefers business administration and management topic. Master Projects provides significant evidence for a candidate’s capability to undertake own and independent research. Therefore, the research can take place in the context of, e.g., an organization and/or its functions, the supply chain, consumer, economic considerations, elements of sustainability, societal and/or environmental issues of business and/or management. Further topics are allowed upon approval of the academic director.

Students can adopt an organization or write a fully theory-based Master Projects, provided that both are related to empirical data and consequential conclusions (e.g., how theory, concepts or frameworks improve the value of organizational performance and/or management). Issues of and respect for sustainability, ethics and moral are important elements of any argumentation and discussion. Within their Master Projects students are requested to provide evidence of their intellectual capability to undertake own and independent empirical research, which is robust, consistent and evidence based.


What will you learn?

  • Present material in an appropriate format and form. Each assessment has to include sufficient theory, frameworks and concepts as part of the academic nature of the program.
  • Present work in grammatically correct language.
  • ​Adopt sources to meet academic standards, which reduces the use of consultants work & publications significantly).

​Associate Professor Dr. Kamal Kenny

Associate Professor Dr. Kamal Kenny is a seasoned consultant and social psychologist with over 14 years of experience in training and consultancy. Holding a degree from University Science Malaysia, a Masters in Public Health from Wales, UK, and a PhD in Social Psychology from University Putra Malaysia, he is highly accomplished in his field.

Dr. Kamal is the founder of K&J Consultancy, K&J Ventures, and K&J Solutions. He is deeply involved in community outreach programs, serving as the Chairman of Federation of Reproductive Health Adolescents Malaysia (FRHAM), among other roles. With a strong research background, Dr. Kamal has conducted numerous studies and projects, including those funded by reputable organizations like Mastercard, UNFPA, and the Malaysian Medical Association. His expertise in training and consultancy is widely recognized, with engagements from prominent companies and government agencies.

​Dr. Kamal is known for his engaging training methodologies and is sought after for his insights into corporate excellence and bridging generational gaps in the workplace.
