His extensive expertise includes visionary leadership, strategic alliances, budgeting, market planning, and public relations. Certified in PMP and HRDCORP Train the Trainer, he bridges academia and corporate sectors effectively.

​His roles span Managing Director, CEO, and Project Manager, demonstrating strong strategic planning, contract management, and dispute resolution skills. As a lecturer, he's contributed to institutions and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management.
