PHASE 1

International students are required to enrol in the Executive Leadership Initiative for Talent Education (ELITE) programme. The ELITE programme consists of a Professional Diploma, delivered in Malaysia, followed by a 5-day seminar in the United Kingdom. No visa will be issued for the ELITE programme. The ELITE programme typically takes six to nine months to complete, but students do not have to complete the ELITE programme to progress to Phase 2.

PHASE 2
MASTER'S AWARD

MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)
Swiss School of Management, Switzerland

International students are required to enrol in the MBA programme. No visa will be issued for the MBA programme. The MBA will be delivered in Online Research mode. Students need to complete the MBA programme to progress to Phase 3.

PHASE 3
DOCTORATE AWARD

DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY (PHD) IN MANAGEMENT (PHDM)

Finally, students will be enroled in the PhD programme. SAITO will arrange for a student visa to be issued for the PhD programme. International students may stay in Malaysia for the whole duration of their PhD studies or at least one-third of it.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no academic requirements to enrol in the ELITE programme, except that the candidate must be at least 23 years old, with or without work experience.
ELITE graduates who hold a Bachelor's degree can be enroled in the MBA programme immediately, and those without a Bachelor's degree can be enroled in the MBA programme upon reaching 27 years old.
After receiving all the MBA completion documents from the university, the candidate can be enroled in the PhD programme.
Graduates of the MBA programme do not need to fulfill the English requirement to enrol in the PhD programme.

ENROLMENT PROCESS

ELITE is a programme by the London Examinations Board (LEB) and is offered through UTMSPACE Services Sdn Bhd (USSB). USSB shall issue an offer letter for enrolment in the ELITE programme. All payments must be sent to USSB.
The SSM MBA is a programme by the Swiss School of Management (SSM) and is offered through UNIES Education (M) Sdn Bhd (UNIES). SSM shall issue an offer letter for enrolment in the MBA program. All payments must be sent to UNIES.
The Saito PhD is a programme offered by Saito University College Malaysia (SUCM). SUCM shall issue an offer letter for enrolment in the PhD program. All payments must be sent to SUCM.
Candidates must provide documents such as their CV, scroll and transcript of the highest qualification achieved, and personal documents such as an identity card or passport to enroll in these programmes.

Write the final two chapters of the thesis, followed by a presentation to defend the work.
