Requirements of Entry via APEL (Malaysian Students only): ​Candidates must be at least 27 years old, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 2 years at the managerial level.

  • The student is required to present his/her work in the Putra Research (PURE) Colloquium or equivalent before allowed to do a Proposal Defence (PD)
  • Each student must publicly present and defend his/her PD

PURE & Viva Voce
Master of Science (MSc)
  • The student proceeds to continue with his/her data collection, data analysis and thesis writing.
  • The student is required to present his/her work in the PURE Colloquium or equivalent before allowed to do a Viva Voce.
  • After submission of the thesis, the student is required to attend a physical viva voce to orally defend his/her thesis.
