Who needs to fill out the Application Form?
The Application Form must be completed by the student or by an Academic Advisor at the UNINOW Centre who is assisting with the student’s application.
Do I need to provide any documents when applying?
Within approximately seven (7) days of submitting your application and after verification by KLIEC, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer from KLIEC, via the UNINOW Centre. Upon receiving this letter, you must submit the necessary documents to the Academic Advisor for registration, along with the Stage 1 payment.
What happens after I make the payment?
For every payment made to the UNINOW Centre, you will receive an Official Receipt from the UNINOW Centre. It is mandatory for the UNINOW Centre to forward your payment to KLIEC within seven (7) days, including public holidays, along with a copy of the Official Receipt.
What if I fail to make the payment for the next stage of study?
If payment is not made for the next stage, you will not be able to progress. For certain programmes, if there is an extended period of non-progression, you may incur penalties or be required to re-register in order to continue to the next stage of study. Please refer to your Academic Advisor for specific timelines and any applicable penalties.
Is the UNINOW Centre allowed to increase the price or add any additional fees?
No, it is prohibited for the UNINOW Centre to impose any fees beyond those specified in the offer letter. Violating this will lead to the suspension of the Centre's right to operate as a UNINOW Centre.
