Jerantut, 27 November - 2 December 2020
Picture
Organising the Level 2 Professional Certificate in Creative Culinary (PCCC) had its own set of challenges. The event took place from 27th November to 2nd December 2020 in Jerantut, Pahang in the midst of lightened Movement Control Order, which allowed seminars to be held within the confines of several Standard Operating Procedure as set forth by the government.

Nevertheless, the six-day programme that received a funding of approximately RM2.1 million from the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDCorp) under the Penjana Scheme was successfully conducted by LebahKuning International Sdn Bhd, an Accredited Training Provider of KLIEC.

The programme was headed by Chef Roizziddin Razalli, Founder of Pastries Trainers Malaysia (PTM) and was accompanied by many other prominent chefs from PTM to carry out the programme’s objective – to equip the B40 demographic with the necessary skills they need in order to venture into online business in culinary specifically homemade puffs, pastry and patisserie.

The programme was opened by Dato’ Haji Ahmad Nazlan Idris, Member of Parliament of Jerantut.

The programme was also visited virtually by Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah Binti Almarhum AlMutawakkil Alallah Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj.
